MiMi Wholesale must be notified within 14 days of delivery for any issue(s), concern(s) or defect(s).
Claims for damaged or defective item(s) must not be monogrammed or altered (NO EXCEPTIONS).
All damaged or defective item claims that are approved, we will use our discretion to replace or issue an online credit into your account. This credit will be available to use only when placing future online orders.
Any and all returns must have a RA # issued by MiMi Wholesale, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to offset the flat rate shipping charge we offer. Restock fee of 15% does not apply to damage/defective items.
Item(s) being returned must be in a resalable, unaltered, and in original packaging and tag attached.
Proof of purchase must be provided. Call tag/ Return label(s) will be issued at MiMi Wholesale’s discretion depending on the circumstance.
