In the event that you are not completely satisfied or have any issues with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns/exchange if the following conditions are met:

Notification Period
You must notify MiMi Wholesale within 14 days of delivery if there are any issues or defects.

Condition of Items

Items must be resalable, unaltered, with original packaging and tags still attached.

Items that have been monogrammed or altered are not eligible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If items are defective or damaged, approved claims will be replaced or you’ll be given online credit.

The usual restocking fee and return shipping charges do not apply in cases of approved damage/defect.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you simply want to return an item that is not damaged or defective, you’ll need a Return Authorization (RA) number from MiMi Wholesale.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and buyer covers return shipping.

You must provide proof of purchase.

Return Labels / Call Tags

Return labels or call tags may be issued, but that is at the discretion of the company depending on the situation.
