How can I sign up for a wholesale account online?

  • Please visit our website at mimiwholesale.com, go to the "my account tab" at the top right corner, select "create wholesale account" and fill in the required information. You will need a valid tax ID to be approved. Accounts are approved usually in the same business day. Upon approval, you are now able to access our full catalog with wholesale pricing and start shopping!

Do you have a minimum?

  • Yes, our minimum is always $50 online. Our minimum at the showroom is $50 during non-show days. During shows, the minimum is $100.

How is shipping calculated?

  • Shipping from our online store is $24 flat rate and orders over $1000 receive free shipping.

How quickly will I receive my order?

  • Our standard fulfillment time is 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons. Once we ship your order it can take 1-4 business days for delivery depending where you are located. We offer expedited fulfillment for an additional $20 charge where we can ship out the order the same day or next day if requested after our cut off time of 1 PM EST. We offer expedited shipping at cost. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more information. 

Can I add items to my order after placing it?

  • At this time we do not accept add ons to orders once placed. Please double check and ensure your order is complete before placing it. 

Do you offer pick-up orders?

  • Yes, you can pick up your order at our showroom or warehouse location. At the checkout page, select “Pickup in store” under the delivery option. Then make sure you select which location you will pick up at.

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met:
    • We must be notified within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in a resalable, unaltered with original packaging and tag attached. Items must not be monogrammed nor altered in any way.
    • For damaged or defective items, we can send a replacement or refund back to your original payment method or store credit.
    • If the item is not damaged nor defective, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer and the return will be subject to a 15% restock fee.

    Do you have a showroom where I can shop in person?

    • Yes, our showroom is located at 250 Spring St. NW 7W120 Atlanta, GA 30303. Hours are M - F 10 AM - 5PM. If you'd like further information, please contact the showroom at 404.222.0003

    Can anyone shop in your showroom?

    • Our showroom is exclusively for approved wholesale buyers. Shopping in our showroom is tax-exempt for buyers with a valid Buyer’s Badge or an account at mimiwholesale.com.

    What is "cash and carry" and who is eligible?

    • "Cash and carry" is a service for wholesale buyers, allowing them to shop in person, pay on-site, and take handbags with them immediately.

    Can shopping in the showroom be done tax-exempt?

    • Yes, buyers can shop tax-exempt in our showroom, provided the buyer has a valid current Tax ID (EIN) on file with mimiwholesale.com and America’s Mart.

    What do I need to access the showroom?

    • Buyers must provide proof to registration of their wholesale business, including a valid resale certificate and a current Tax ID (EIN), to shop.

    • We exclusively offer a curated selection of handbags and fashion accessories, perfect for stocking your store or boutique.
